About Trainer Ash
Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Youth Fitness Specialist
Achieving fitness and health goals is hard enough, and when you add a mental illness like depression or anxiety, it can seem impossible at times. Not to mention, with overwhelming amounts of misguided information on the internet, quick-fix cures, and trendy crash diets; finding a realistic solution for sustainable results is no easy task. This was my journey until I decided to get educated so I could help myself and help others. I surrendered myself to God and trusted His path in all areas of my life, which led me to live my healthiest life and share it with others.
Now, as a trainer and health coach, I have the opportunity to guide women everywhere. No matter what your obstacles are or where you're at on your journey, I'll help you with setting goals, building healthy habits, and seeing results that last!
Five Fun Facts:
My family nickname is "Smash".
I'm happy reading comic books, drawing caricatures, crocheting, or watching sports.
I have two mini dachshunds, Riley & Sulley and a rescue pit, Gracie.
My fave meal is french toast from my hometown diner. I won't order anything else when I'm there.
I've worked in pro soccer, baseball, and racing.
Having passion is such an important part of life, along with using your gifts to help others. Combining my passion and gift from God, to connect with children, has felt like hitting the lottery! Using fitness and health to connect with children of all abilities has been a dream come true!
I've spent years working with children in preschools, day cares, camps, elementary schools, libraries, and centers for children with learning disabilities. One of the best parts of my job is enhancing their lives by teaching them knew skills, helping them build confidence, and create life-long healthy habits for fitness and nutrition.
